St. Anthony’s Bread

In April 2006, we assisted 68 families and individuals. We were able to help so many in need because of your donations through Sacrificial Giving, the Holy Thursday collection, and individual contributions. We paid partial rent, utility and water bills for over 50 households. Most of these were in danger of becoming homeless, or having their utilities disconnected. We purchased basic supplies for a woman who came to the shelter with nothing. We paid one night's lodging for a mother and baby when Shelter House was full. We made partial payment for medications for four people. We helped with fuel for one person, and a bus pass for another, so that each could get to work. We thank you for your compassion for those in need through your support of St. Anthony's Bread.

GRATITUDE

Thoughts on Giving

God has chosen each one of us and He has a mission for each of us. He has given us different gifts and talents so that we may complete the work he has appointed for us. How are you using your gifts and talents?

Choose Life Prayer - We pray for unity in the pro-life movement, that all may work together to end legalized abortion.

Vocation View - As the Father has loved me, so I have loved you. Live on in my love. Bask in the love of God; ask how to respond..
